Air Fryer Chicken Wings


  • 1 Tbs baking powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic Parmesan
  • Garlic powder (3 shakes of seasoning)
  • Onion Powder (3 shakes of seasoning)
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Parsley (3 shakes of seasoning)
  • Salt (4-5 shakes of seasoning)
  • Pepper (2 shakes of seasoning)
  • 2 packs whole chicken wings


  • Break down whole chicken wings into drumettes & wingettes
  • Pat all chicken dry w/ paper towel
  • Add 1 Tbsp baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder AND toss till fully coated.
  • Air fryer at 250 degress for 15 mins shaking half way through
    • Alternate method: Preheat smoker to 250 degress, place wings in smoker, and flip half way through
  • Crank up the heat, all the way up (400 or higher) for additional 15-20 min(varies based on desire crispiness)
  • Remove and toss with sauce. Cook for 2 more mins
    • Sauce Note: add 1/2 tbsp of butter to hot sauce, BBQ, or other sauce for a more robust, stickier sauce.
